Our organization's success relies heavily on the performance of our teams. As a People and Culture Manager, you will build strong relationships with your team members and leaders to provide specialist advice and support in all aspects of people management.

The Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to provide leadership and guidance to our team on a fixed-term contract. Regular meetings will be conducted with Managers to develop an understanding of their service, its challenges, and where the People & Culture team can provide support.

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders
  • Experience in successfully leading and guiding a HR team
  • Strong listening and partnering skills
  • Potential to make a positive impact and passion for proactive HR practices
  • Ability to support and coach stakeholders and team members
