We're seeking a talented arts professional to lead our Arts & Cultural Centre as our next Coordinator Arts And Culture (Gallery Director).

The Role:

  • Design and deliver captivating exhibitions, events, and public programs that inspire our community and attract new audiences
  • Lead a dynamic team focused on accessibility, inclusion, and impact
  • BUILD meaningful partnerships with artists, organizations, and funding bodies
  • Manage operational resources, budgets, and funding applications to support sustainable service delivery
  • Promote the Arts & Cultural Centre as a vibrant cultural destination and enhance its visibility in the region
  • Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders and our Arts & Cultural Advisory Group

About You:

  • You'll be a confident leader and curator of ideas with a strong background in the gallery or cultural sector
  • You thrive on collaboration, are comfortable with complexity, and understand what it takes to run a high-quality arts venue in a regional context

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in visual arts, arts management, cultural policy, or museum/gallery practice
  • Proven experience delivering exhibitions and public programs in a public gallery or similar institution
  • Strong people leadership, project management, and budgeting skills
  • A track record of growing diverse audiences and engaging community through arts initiatives
  • Experience securing and managing grants and external funding
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
