
Employee Experience Specialist

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for various key tasks in the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate and effective administration of all employee-related activities, including employment movements, parental leave, service awards, and general P&C administration support.
- Collaborate closely with Group Payroll to continually improve interdepartmental processes and maintain clear communication channels.
- Develop and manage onboarding documentation, including contracts of employment, new starter forms, information, and background checks.
- Manage and support the onboarding and offboarding processes/systems for employees and temporary labor as required.
- Support and maintain key HR systems in collaboration with other P&C teams.
- You have proven experience as a HR Coordinator (or similar) with thorough knowledge of HR information systems, recruitment & onboarding systems.
- Experienced in partnering with the organization and building strong working relationships to provide solutions-focused support.
- Ongoing Organized and detail-oriented approach with a planned work structure.
- Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a demonstrated motivation to take ownership and deliver outcomes.
- Capacity and willingness to work in an agile and flexible way, including remote working.
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management (or related field) or working towards qualifications, and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role in HR or administration (preferred).
