Job Title: Organisational Culture Development Specialist
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Organisational Culture Development Specialist to join our People and Culture division on a parental leave cover until October 2026. The successful candidate will contribute to and enhance our culture, helping us become a more innovative, collaborative, and resilient organisation.
The OpportunityAs an Organisational Culture Development Specialist, you will support the development and implementation of initiatives led by the Organisational Culture team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the embedding and tracking of our refreshed values strategy
- Collaborating across functions to ensure culture initiatives are integrated throughout the organisation
- Designing and delivering initiatives that enhance employee experience, ensuring people feel valued, included, and connected to our purpose and culture
- Analysing data from culture surveys and capability assessments to inform planning for a future-ready workforce
- Presenting relevant survey findings and recommendations to sponsors and key stakeholders
