Workplace Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Workplace Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for employees and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our workplace remains a hub of productivity and positivity.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service and support in a variety of areas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to employees and visitors
  • Manage office services, including meeting room bookings, event coordination, and catering
  • Act as a liaison between employees and various departments to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution
