Our organisation is committed to delivering high-quality services across Northern NSW. We are partnering with Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service to recruit an experienced HR professional to join their People, Culture and Capability team.

About the Opportunity">

This role reports to the People, Culture and Capability Manager, driving initiatives that support our strategic goals. As an HR expert, you will contribute to all aspects of the employee lifecycle and influence:

  • Career development and succession planning.
  • The success of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
  • Employee engagement and workplace culture, including Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Industrial relations consulting, advocacy, and advice.
  • Organisation-wide change management initiatives.
  • Injury Management and best practice Return to Work coordination.

This role provides opportunity to lead and collaborate on key projects aligned with your experience and professional goals.

About You">
  • You are a driven HR professional ready to make a real difference.
  • You have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of five years of proven generalist HR experience.
  • You have expertise in learning and development and industrial relations.
  • Experience in the RTO sector is highly desirable.
  • Workplace injury management experience would be a bonus.
