About the Job
As an Account Manager for Personal Insurance, you will be responsible for generating revenue and driving sales growth through proactive call management and relationship-building. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- Manage calls and queries from customers to close sales across a range of products.
- Collaborate with the team manager on specific campaigns to drive additional sales.
Customer Service Excellence
- Maintain a professional image to meet or exceed customer service standards.
- Take personal responsibility for delivering high-quality work with accuracy.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and inquiries.
Requirements
- Prior sales or customer service experience.
- A minimum of 18 months relevant insurance industry experience.
- Meet Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements- APA (Personal General Insurance) as a minimum requirement, with a willingness to progress to further educational qualifications as needed.
- An enthusiastic and flexible approach.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in relational databases and data analysis software.
