About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled customer service professionals to join our contact centre team in Melbourne. As a leading bank in Australia, BOQ offers a fun and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

The role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, with comprehensive training provided to ensure your success. You'll need to be available during our operating hours: 8am – 8pm Mondays to Fridays and 9am – 5pm on Saturdays.

As a Banking Support Specialist, you will not require any prior experience in banking. We provide two weeks of classroom training, followed by on-the-job training where you'll take calls in a supportive environment.

About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $58,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
