We are seeking enthusiastic customer service professionals to join our team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Please note that rosters are predetermined. Before applying, ensure you are available to cover one of the following rosters:

Position 1: 12-month contract Customer Banking Specialist

  • 30 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday: 9.30am – 4.00pm

Position 2: Permanent Part-time Customer Banking Specialist Relief

  • 25 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday: 10.00am - 3.00pm

Please specify on your job application which position would be your preference.

As a Customer Banking Specialist, you'll engage with customers to understand their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice. You'll also provide support to local branches, travel, and assist customers with enquiries, cash handling, and transactional services.
