About the Role

Bank of Queensland is seeking a talented Digital Transformation Specialist to join our Business Banking team in a permanent role. As a key player in our transformation into a digital-first, customer-centric organisation, you'll be responsible for building and embedding new learning experiences that drive strong commercial outcomes for the bank.

This exciting role is aligned with our strategic growth plan for the Business Bank, where you'll partner with division leaders to identify and prioritise capability development. You'll manage the rollout and execution of these programs and tools, ensuring they achieve the desired business and learner outcomes.

You'll also engage with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that leave a lasting impression. Your communication skills are top-notch, both in writing and in person, and you approach problem-solving with a human-centered design and systems thinking mindset.

The ideal candidate will have experience in capability development and talent management, particularly within the Business Banking space. You'll thrive in a role where you can design programs that resonate with people and lead workshops that make an impact.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
