We are seeking a customer-focused and community-driven individual to join our Indigenous Customer Assistance Line (ICAL) team as an Indigenous Banking Relationship Manager.
This role is hybrid, with the flexibility to work from home or at our local branch. As an ICAL team member, you will have the opportunity to build positive relationships with Indigenous customers and communities, ensuring they have access to our wide range of banking products and services.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service over the phone, answering questions about banking, promoting self-service options, and identifying issues and service gaps.
- Working closely with stakeholders, including Community and Government Services, to support the bigger picture of assisting Indigenous customers with their everyday banking needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Indigenous customers and communities.
- Demonstrated customer engagement skills, with experience working with diverse groups and building strong relationships.
- The ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, including government agencies and non-government organizations.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, helping you grow your career with us.
