Your ability to foster strong relationships, communicate effectively, and facilitate collaboration will be essential in delivering successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale IT transformational projects in complex enterprise environments
  • Solid experience in project management with strong governance, planning & control, risk, and issue management skills
  • Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • A thorough understanding of Prince2 methodology and its application in complex project environments

In return, NCS Australia offers a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
