Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas. Develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities and drive sales growth.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and retention.
  4. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

As a Strategic Sales Growth Manager at IIQAF, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our company offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative team culture.
