We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Sales Growth Manager to drive our company's expansion and revenue growth. - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand the company's market share.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas. Develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and retention.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
