About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our sales and marketing efforts as our Channel Growth Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market presence for Brighte.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, identifying training needs and implementing development programs to enhance team skills and performance
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Establish KPIs for sales and marketing activities and track progress against goals
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to senior management using data analytics to inform strategic decisions
