Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Expeditors. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and service to meet their freight forwarding needs.



Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Communication: You will proactively communicate with customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on shipments.
  2. Relationship Building: Establish meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring your support to meet their expectations.
  3. Process Ownership: Take ownership of Expeditor's internal processes, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to customers, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  4. Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding or a related field;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Solid oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues;
  • General mathematical knowledge, including exchange rates, foreign currency, and general ledger codes.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
