Customer Services Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a talented Customer Services Representative to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new memberships for our Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim programs.
As a successful candidate, you will have a strong sales and customer service background, with experience in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be able to build rapport and positive relationships with people, and have a flair for positively influencing and negotiating win-win outcomes.
Key accountabilities include:
- Achieving set sales targets on a daily basis
- Providing exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests
- Providing relevant and accurate information and an excellent experience to prospective members by handling enquiries in line with company processes and systems
- Conducting tours of the centre/facility with the outcome to turn a prospective member to an ongoing subscription
- Applying sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
About You
You will have experience in working in a team to achieve collective and individual targets. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of guests. You will possess values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect leadership and accountability.

As a staff member of Belgravia Leisure, you will also have access to all the leisure facilities in Moonee Valley, including Ascot Vale Leisure Centre and Queenspark Swimming Pool.

About the Qualifications
- Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2) & CPR
- Current Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
- Current National Police Check
- CUSTOMER SERVICE AND/OR SALES EXPERIENCE
- EXPERIENCE IN ACHIEVING COLLECTIVE AND INDIVIDUAL TARGETS
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT
- PASSION FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH A DIVERSE RANGE OF GUESTS
