As a Junior Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our sales outreach to new prospects and driving KPI success measures to deliver qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage and expand sales outreach to new prospects, leveraging your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Apply BANT qualification for inbound and outreach leads, ensuring you're always targeting high-quality opportunities.
  • Influence and persuade customers to achieve desired outcomes, using your strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with senior sales members to increase team productivity and drive business growth.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our location-based technologies and identify opportunities for customers to enhance their business.

Requirements:
  • AU PR or citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is a must; fresh graduates with an understanding of the GIS/Mapping industry are welcome to apply.
  • 1-3 years of experience in relevant technology, customer-facing corporate experience, or customer service-related role is preferred.
  • Strong desire to be in technology sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills, ability to work in a self-directed and fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident, tenacious, resilient, and professional.
  • Multilingual ability in APAC languages is desired but not essential.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach is a plus.
