This is a Major Gifts Fundraiser opportunity to make a real impact in our dynamic and diverse school community. We are seeking a passionate and driven fundraiser to join us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate key relationships to build trust and long-term engagement with donors.
  • Manage a portfolio of prospective major and mid-tier donors to support priority projects.
  • Support the delivery of relevant donor events and communications.
  • Maintain effective records of donor engagement through our CRM system.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in fundraising, marketing or community engagement, ideally within a non-profit and/or educational environment.
  • Excellent project management skills and time management, including the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and creative thinking, with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

This position will require the ability to work across all campuses, including attending weekend and evening events as required.
