We're now looking for a 
Fundraising Manager
 to join our Partnerships & Marketing team and play a pivotal role in 
expanding our partnership network, driving fundraising initiatives, and unlocking new opportunities to grow our impact
.

About the Role:

This role will see you working closely with our CEO and GM, Partnerships & Marketing to:

  • Develop and grow corporate, community, and philanthropic partnerships.
  • Lead grant-writing and manage trusts, foundations, and government engagement.
  • Plan and deliver fundraising campaigns, regular giving, bequests, major gifts, and peer-to-peer fundraising.
  • Represent LifeChanger at networking and donor events.
  • Track and report on fundraising outcomes to inform future strategy.

This is a 
part-time role (3 days per week, with the possibility to move to 4)
, offering flexibility and meaningful work with a highly collaborative team.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced (5+ years) in partnerships, fundraising, or business development — ideally in the not-for-profit or purpose-driven sector.
  • Skilled in writing compelling proposals, reports, and pitches that inspire action.
  • Organised, strategic, and confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and digital tools.
  • Passionate about youth wellbeing and driven by purpose.
