Expert Fundraiser Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our school community as an expert fundraiser. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a supportive team where your skills in major gift fundraising will help shape the future of our students.

About the Role

  • Cultivate key relationships to build trust and long-term engagement, supporting donors to understand the transformational impact of major gifts.
  • Active management of a portfolio of prospective major and mid-tier donors to support priority projects.
  • Support for the delivery of relevant donor events and communications.
  • Maintain effective records of donor engagement through advanced CRM systems.
  • Engage in professional development to enhance skills that support philanthropic programs.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in fundraising, marketing or community engagement, ideally within a non-profit and/or educational environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills and time management, including the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and creative thinking, with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
