We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth in the dining fintech space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your network and strong sales skills to generate and close new deals with table-service restaurants.
- Onboard new restaurant partners to our platform and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff.
- Use data-driven insights to refine processes and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure new partners are set up for success.
- Drive platform adoption and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Experience in hospitality: Understanding of the hospitality industry and what it's about.
- Fluency in English: Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Experience in payments: Not mandatory, but experience in the payments industry is a plus.
- A well-established network in the F&B and hospitality sectors will give you an edge.
- A background in sales or account management will set you up for success.
- Driven, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.
- Ability to interpret data and use it to drive results.
