Job Title:

Senior Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage staff, including training, rostering and on-shift supervision.
  • Operate across the venue, including running the restaurant and bar functions.
  • Manage the FOH operational facets of the business.
  • Audit and maintain compliance with OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue while controlling costs.
  • Ensure superior service and quality to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Drive a positive working environment and lead by example as a senior restaurant leader.
  • Maintain current market knowledge and execute promotional concepts to assist in business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's hospitality management experience.
  • Exposure to both bar and restaurant environments.
  • Experience in financial control and management.
  • Ability to lead, train and develop a team.
  • RSA, RSG and TAB Basics & Advanced certification essential.
  • First aid certificate preferred but not essential.
  • Approved Managers Certificate preferred but not essential.
