Sydney, New South Wales, Australia The Kids' Cancer Project Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Position Purpose:

The Partnerships Executive plays a key role in supporting the growth and success of The Kids' Cancer Project's partnership program by assisting in the delivery of partnership activations, providing accurate data and reporting and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.

This role works closely with the Head of Partnerships to execute the Partnership strategy by nurturing existing relationships, support sponsorship, fundraising and event efforts.

The Partnerships Executive also collaborates across departments to ensure partnership activities align with broader organisational goals and uphold the values of TKCP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Activities:

  • Proactively support the growth of existing partnerships and identify new opportunities.
  • Assist with developing strategies to increase partner engagement and revenue.
  • Work with Head of Partnerships and Marketing team to develop communication plan for existing corporate partners and supporters.
  • Participate in planning sessions with partners / supporters to help actively campaign and align deliverables.

Stakeholder Relationships:

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Identify and communicate potential growth opportunities both internally and externally in a timely and proactive manner.

· Attend and represent TKCP at key events involving partners and supporters.

Partnership Execution:

· Assist in preparing and presenting partnership proposals and sponsorship opportunities.

· Support drafting of partnership agreements and ensuring the timely renewal of existing partnership agreements while managing invoicing.

· Help execute deliverables aligned with signed partnership agreements.

· Co-ordinate assigned partnerships tasks via Wrike (TKCP's internal project management tool) and ensure CRM records are maintained and updated in Salesforce.

· Actively assist in building and growing the TKCP Partnerships database and audience.

· Attend, represent and fundraise for The Kids' Cancer Project at partner events, including those held outside of Sydney (national travel may be required).

Events:

· Assist the Partnerships Events Executive with the execution of TKCP corporate events.

· Provide hands-on support during events, including logistics and on-ground operations.

· Assist with sourcing prizing for corporate fundraising events and campaigns.

Strategic Activities:

· Collaborate with Head of Partnerships and Marketing team to deliver communication plans for corporate partners and supporters. Actively participate in quarterly planning meetings, manage Partnership database and partner activation initiatives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Represent TKCP at key events to engage partners and supporters. Ensure effective communication of opportunities and feedback across teams.

Partnership Relationships:

· Support the preparation, renewal and delivery of partnership agreements, reports and communication. Ensure all assigned tasks are tracked via project management tool and partnerships records are accurately maintained in Salesforce. Contribute to growing the partnerships database and audience. Attend and support fundraising at partner events across Australia.

Event Support

· Assist the Partnership Events Executive in executing high-quality events. Support on the ground event logistics and coordination. Assist with sourcing prizing to enhance fundraising outcomes.

· As a member of The Kids' Cancer Project staff, you will by your attitude, conduct and behaviour, actively promote the values and objectives of the charity, at all times.

· You will act as an ambassador for and on behalf of the charity in promoting and fostering goodwill with all external and internal stakeholders.
