Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

This role specializes in creating hyper-local brand love for a leading fast food chain by leveraging your insight and understanding of local communities across your key states.

You will have genuine influence and impact across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing activities that drive sales and guest engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with franchisees, operations, and NRO teams to lead marketing activities at the local and state-based level.
  • Develop bespoke Local Area Marketing (LAM) plans, assisting in execution and guiding restaurants.
  • Identify and execute grassroots sponsorship opportunities that build brand awareness and community engagement.
  • BUILD long-term partnerships with local communities, organizations, and clubs that leave a positive impact.
  • Work with National Marketing Manager – Restaurants on LAM, Sponsorship & Corporate strategies.
  • Analyze post-campaign success and areas of improvement for all campaigns.
  • Report on LAM success and areas of improvement for all campaigns.
  • Execute local delivery strategy to drive and build delivery sales.
  • Implement a local digital strategy to grow, build, and maintain app sales.
  • Support new store openings and refurbishments to promote opening or reopening of the restaurants.

Requirements:

  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in-house brand management experience.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, being agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in setting, chasing, and achieving targets.
  • A positive, professional attitude with a can-do approach.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
