
Restaurant Partnerships Executive

Drive business growth and product adoption with large restaurant partner groups in Australia, expanding your business together in mutually beneficial ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead post-deal partner management for a book of high value and high potential restaurant partners in Australia.
- Own partner relationships to yield tangible metrics outcomes. Achieve revenue growth targets for your partners and ensure high retention by driving mutual business value.
- Understand the stakeholder landscape and ensure strong relationships throughout your restaurant partner organisations. Represent your interests at relevant events at national and local levels.
- Conceive, design and lead growth initiatives with your restaurant partners and drive them through to completion, working cross functionally with internal teams and your restaurant partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Problem solving skills: You're curious and like digging into data to understand and solve problems.
- Project management and organisational skills: Experience working cross-functionally is strongly preferred. Marketing experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across businesses and levels.
- Previous customer-facing experience at executive levels, accountability for achieving business targets or delivering a quota.
- Commercial acumen: Understanding of how businesses and organisations work and how to navigate a partner's business.
