As an Account Executive at PHD Melbourne, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can bring your skills and experience to life.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that client briefs are delivered within appropriate criteria, accurately and efficiently buying across all client campaigns, and proficiently putting together, trafficking, and monitoring digital media campaigns to measure effectiveness and ensure success.

You will also be responsible for understanding clients' needs inside and out, conducting market research and basic business analysis, building a sound understanding of OMG and PHD's SBUs and their offering, and using appropriate technology/research/systems/tools and know their methodology at an intermediate level.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure client briefs are delivered within budget, targets, and other relevant criteria.
  • Accurately and efficiently buy across all client campaigns.
  • Proficiently put together, traffic, and monitor digital media campaigns to measure effectiveness and ensure success.
  • Understand clients' needs inside and out.
  • Conduct market research and basic business analysis.
  • Build a sound understanding of OMG and PHD's SBUs and their offering.
  • Use appropriate technology/research/systems/tools and know their methodology at an intermediate level.
About You

We are looking for someone with relevant media experience, who knows their way around the Microsoft suite, is hungry to learn and pass new information on to your team, notices the small things, is good with numbers, and is on time, every time.

The ideal candidate will be able to tear into tasks, even if they are basic, and uphold PHD values of Courage, Collaboration, and Curiosity with a constructive point of view in all things.
