Job Description

As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will work within a multi-disciplined team to deliver complex business turnaround, restructuring, and insolvency assignments. You will execute day-to-day operational, capital, and restructuring strategies. Key stakeholders include management, employees, creditors, and investors.

You will perform and oversee financial and commercial analysis to support key decisions and recommendations to clients. You will apply industry and market knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address issues relevant to projects. You will also manage and mentor junior staff in execution of tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a University Degree in Business or a related subject. Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand membership has commenced. The candidate must demonstrate technical knowledge appropriate for the level. Prior experience within a professional services environment is required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Strong business and commercial acumen are also necessary. Ability to deal with sensitive matters confidentially and tactfully is expected.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
