Strategic Procurement and Property Leader for Perpetual Wealth Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Procurement and Property to join our team at Perpetual Wealth Management. This is a unique opportunity to lead our procurement strategy and drive business growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall procurement strategy, aligned with our company's goals and objectives. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating high-value contracts, and managing supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy that supports business growth and optimizes costs.
- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to deliver exceptional results and foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure procurement activities support business objectives.
- Analyse market trends and provide recommendations on supply chain optimization and cost savings opportunities.
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 7 years of experience in indirect sourcing, mainly for IT services and other procurement categories.
- A solid background in IT & financial services organisation, in a commercial management role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- A strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
We offer a competitive salary range of AU$140,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including up to 6 weeks of annual leave, flexible work environment, and access to professional development opportunities.
