The wealth management business encompasses three brands: Perpetual Private, Fordham, Jacaranda financial planning, and Priority Life. This unique mix offers clients a range of services, including wealth management, advice, and trustee services. The capabilities extend to strategic advice on superannuation and retirement planning, general investment, asset protection, insurance, tax management, estate planning, aged care, social security, succession planning, and philanthropy. Clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations, and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Lease and capital project management, including minor works, fit-outs, property market evaluations, and lease negotiations.
  • Creating business cases/project briefs for capital projects.
  • National property operations management and team leadership.
  • Accountability for delivering and maintaining various office support services for all PWM sites, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
  • Financial management of property operational and project budgets.
  • Managing contracts and relationships with external vendors and service suppliers.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating with suppliers and contractors to deliver materials and/or scheduled works.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in property industry, preferably in a similar role or property/facilities management within a corporate environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing and negotiating property leases.
  • Experience with delivering office fit-outs and/or activity-based working projects within a corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of property and facility operations, including WHS compliance obligations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage operating and capital budgets.
  • Strong program/project management skills.
