We are seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement and Property to join our Perpetual Wealth Management team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing the overall procurement strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement the overall procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate high-value contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Oversight of procurement processes to ensure efficiency, transparency, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Identification and implementation of cost-saving opportunities, management of procurement budgets, and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Risk management in the supply chain, development of strategies to mitigate potential risks, and ensuring business continuity.
  • Leadership, mentoring, and development of a team of procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure procurement activities support business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience managing indirect sourcing, mainly for IT services and other procurement categories, and solid background in IT & financial services organization in a commercial management role. Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements is also essential.

About You
  • 7+ Years managing indirect sourcing mainly for IT services and other procurement categories.
  • 7+ Years managing vendor strategy and commercial management for IT vendors.
  • Solid background in IT & financial services organisation, in a commercial management role.
  • Property management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects, work in a dynamic environment, and meet objectives.
