Senior Business Analytics Leader for Wealth Management

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analytics Leader to join our team in the Separation Management Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Perpetual Wealth Management by providing expert analytics and data insights to inform business decisions.
The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and business partners, to design and implement data analytics solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Support and assist the PP Finance teams with separation programme activities, including developing a core suite of business intelligence tools.
- Import data from transactional systems and other data sources into TM1 cubes, ensuring stability, accuracy, and integrity.
- Develop advanced analytics tools and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Design and manage core suites of reports and dashboards, creating automated self-service catalogues.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in core finance and operational systems.
- Relevant finance, IT, or mathematics degree or significant experience within the profession.
- 5 years' experience as a TM1 developer, with expertise in creating cubes and writing processes.
- Advanced knowledge of databases, including SQL Server, Azure, Business Objects, and TM1.
- Experience with visual reporting tools, such as PowerBI, Qlik, and Tableau.

- An estimated annual salary of $150,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
