Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management.
Main Responsibilities- Leverage your property expertise to manage a portfolio of assets, ensuring optimal performance and returns.
- Negotiate and administer property leases, capital projects, and contracts with external vendors and service suppliers.
- Develop and implement business cases for capital projects, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead national property operations management, driving efficiency and quality across multiple sites.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the property industry, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of managing and negotiating property leases, delivering office fit-outs, and coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
- A thorough understanding of property and facility operations, including WHS compliance and risk management.
- Ability to manage operating and capital budgets, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions.
