Our weekly small-group tutoring sessions at campuses are delivered by experienced tutors who teach in a simple and engaging way. These are supplemented with workshops, one-on-one support and a digital portal of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.

Since launching in 2020, over 8,000 students and 250+ team members have joined us. Our growth reflects our commitment to delivering a premium learning experience - from 24/7 support to on-demand resources - and helping students achieve their goals. You will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Performance → Develop frameworks that hold leaders accountable (goals, feedback, reviews, PIPs). No room for complacency.
  • People Operations → Automate, streamline and reinvent processes. Consistency is essential.
  • Talent Acquisition → Run recruitment like a high-performance sales funnel.
  • Culture → Embed rituals that stick, run employee satisfaction surveys, close the loop and keep leaders accountable for the culture they create.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance → Clean, fair and fast resolution. No hiding or delays.
  • Data & Insights → Provide dashboards, trends and clarity. No vanity metrics, just the truth leaders need.

This role is for individuals who thrive on variety, pace and pressure. You're the type who walks into ambiguity and says: 'Let's fix this.'

You will lead a team of coordinators and a talent acquisition specialist, with freedom to design, optimize and scale. You will work directly with senior leaders to influence strategy.
