Job Title

A key role in our organization is available for a Strategic People & Culture Professional who will lead and be accountable for all people and culture initiatives focused on the achievement of our strategic objectives.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement people and culture strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Design and deliver training programs to develop the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Expert level understanding of relevant HR legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with senior leaders with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value projects and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Significant experience in providing expert advice to deliver successful people and culture outcomes across a range of work environments.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent discipline.
