Senior P&C Business Partner - End-to-End Initiatives

This role leads the people agenda and has a lasting impact on the business.

  • Oversight of end-to-end P&C operations, championing employee engagement, leadership development, and inclusivity.
  • Balancing hands-on operational tasks with big-picture strategy to drive initiatives that create genuine impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic and operational P&C activities, including EA negotiations, IR/ER frameworks, performance reviews, and compliance.
  • Mentor leaders to build inclusive teams, resolve workforce challenges, and drive organisational goals.
  • Implement workforce planning, leadership programs, and cultural initiatives.
About You:
  • Prior experience in complex environments with expertise in EA/IR negotiations.
  • Proven ability to introduce solutions that uplift team performance and address organisational challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills to connect with stakeholders.
