About This Role

The Senior Manager, Business Partnering position is a key leadership role that drives business partnering and people planning initiatives across the enterprise.

  • Partner with Employee Relations to support a constructive employee experience and manage risk.
  • Model transformational leadership, inspiring trust, collaboration and improvement.
  • Requirements:
  • Significant experience leading HR Business Partnering at a strategic level.
  • Proven ability to influence and build credibility with executive stakeholders.
  • Expertise in organisational change, capability development and people planning.
  • Sound understanding of employment law, industrial relations and contemporary HR practices.
  • High-level communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
