Job Description

  • "People Ops": Automate, streamline, and reinvent processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • "Talent Engine": Run high-volume recruitment campaigns and execute strategic hiring plans.
  • "Culture": Embed rituals that stick, run employee engagement surveys, close the loop, and keep leaders accountable for the culture they create.
  • "ER & Compliance": Resolve issues quickly and fairly, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • "Data & Insights": Analyze data to inform decision-making, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • 5+ years of experience in People and Culture / People Ops leadership, with proven track record of scaling teams and systems.
  • Strong performance management expertise, including frameworks, reviews, PIPs, and leader enablement.
  • Experience in employee relations, with knowledge of ER/IR and Fair Work laws.
  • Talent acquisition systems experience, including high-volume and strategic hiring, playbooks, scorecards, and funnels.
  • HRIS/automation capability, preferably Rippling (or equivalent).
  • Data literacy, with ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
