Drive Strategic Growth as a People Partner

Job Overview:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner with senior leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives that foster collaboration and growth across teams.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement people-focused strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Identify key trends and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with leaders to design and execute global HR programs that drive diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in progressively senior Business Partner roles.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and influencing abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and practices.
