
Strategic People and Culture Leader

A People and Culture Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with the business to drive strategic and operational initiatives. The role will include leadership development, performance management, culture, talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and deliver people and culture programs within associated portfolios.
- Provide high-quality advice and support to management and staff on all people management processes.
- Align P&C initiatives with business strategy in accordance with budgets, resourcing requirements, sector needs, and succession plans.
- Analyse P&C metrics and inform leaders of trends to identify insights and opportunities for improvement for designated portfolios.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have extensive generalist and/or Business Partner HR experience across a diverse range of P&C specialties, including employee/industrial relations, performance management, leadership coaching, remuneration, and workforce planning. They will also possess profound understanding of employment legislation, industrial agreements, and associated processes. In addition, they will have exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including advanced negotiation capabilities.
