Business Development Manager

As a key member of the Adelphi Digital team, you will be responsible for driving account growth and new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on creating and pursuing strategic partnerships that align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or business development.
- Proven track record of driving account growth and new business revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
