As a Sales Development Manager at Rippling, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline creation and career development within our Sales Development Organization. You will partner with marketing and sales teams to drive demand and create new business opportunities, while also developing and executing strategies to grow and scale our SDR team.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our APAC Outbound SDR team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your reps, building pipeline, managing processes, and driving per-rep production. You will also be expected to leverage data to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met daily, and to motivate your team to learn and grow daily, preparing them for their next sales role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing SDR team, driving pipeline creation and career development
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to drive demand and create new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and scale the SDR team
  • Leverage data to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met daily
  • Motivate and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in an SDR organization in SaaS
  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR people leader
  • Proficiency in SDR tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Mixmax, and more
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS with multi-product selling distribution
  • Experience building an outbound program or executing an OB strategy with multichannel approaches
