Sales Development Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join Databricks, a leading company in the Data and AI space, as a Sales Development Manager. You will be part of a rapidly growing team, responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales development team in the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the sales development team to achieve pipeline generation and consumption growth targets
- Develop and execute strategies to accelerate new customer acquisition and consumption growth
- Manage team performance and funnel data to identify and fix inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional regional leaders to maximize team contribution
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Development manager with consistent overachievement against quota
- Experience in a quota-carrying, end-to-end sales role with consistent overachievement against quota
- Experience growing a sales development team by recruiting and developing BDRs and ISRs
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Outreach.io, with additional experience with other sales tools advantageous
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and passion for cloud, big data, and AI
