About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Databricks, a leading company in the Data and AI space, as a Sales Development Manager. You will be part of a rapidly growing team, responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales development team in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales development team to achieve pipeline generation and consumption growth targets
  • Develop and execute strategies to accelerate new customer acquisition and consumption growth
  • Manage team performance and funnel data to identify and fix inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional regional leaders to maximize team contribution
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Development manager with consistent overachievement against quota
  • Experience in a quota-carrying, end-to-end sales role with consistent overachievement against quota
  • Experience growing a sales development team by recruiting and developing BDRs and ISRs
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and Outreach.io, with additional experience with other sales tools advantageous
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and passion for cloud, big data, and AI
