Join Our Team as we seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in business development and sales. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Lead Generation and Stakeholder Management
  • Market research and data analysis
  • Maintenance of the CRM system
  • Work autonomously
  • Reporting: sales, revenue forecast, pipeline reporting
  • Travel both locally and interstate
  • Versatility in your sales strategy

What do you need?

  • Strong desire to initiate and build relationships
  • Proven Business sales success
  • At least 2 years experience in business development/account management/sales
  • Great negotiation skills and customer service
  • High energy level, motivated and passionate about offering advantages of alternative business solutions
  • Strong communication skills and time management
