Strategic Partnerships Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive the growth of our most strategic partners. This role involves developing and executing business strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

The successful candidate will have extensive partner management experience, including GTM/Sales experience in Cloud industry. They will also have strong program management skills, with ability to build processes and coordinate release schedules across cross-functional teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver revenue targets for assigned partner engagements;

  • Build and orchestrate partner-led GTM/Sales Plays to deliver pipeline and other input goals;

  • Develop partner capability, including competency and differentiated solution development;

  • Manage project governance plans, project schedules, team goals, success criteria, and project milestones;

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree;

  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level;

  • 15+ years of professional experience with 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience;

  • Extensive partner management experience and/or GTM/Sales experience in Cloud industry;

  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules;
