Job Overview

This role involves working as a Member Support Consultant at our Ringwood club. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a thriving membership base by interacting with prospective members, providing exceptional customer service, and driving positive member retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively contribute to the club's sales budget using sales promotions and referrals campaigns. Generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service on the reception desk, achieving successful customer outcomes, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience.
  • Opening and Closing the Club: Open and close the club as per the club roster.
  • Member Retention Programs: Inspire members to continue their fitness journey through regular service calls and recommending club-based products that boost results and amplify their experience.
Requirements
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • Able to build rapport with people from varied walks of life, with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
  • The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
  • Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others.
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
What We Can Offer You
  • A realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super.

We offer a competitive remuneration package including a base salary and commission structure. Estimated annual salary: $70,000 - $75,000, depending on performance.
