The Opportunity: Member Support ConsultantMember Support Consultants play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. They are the first point of contact for prospective members, inspiring them to begin their wellness journey with us. MSCs are responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.
The role of an MSC is highly varied and has two clear goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. MCSs are experts in all things Goodlife, able to seamlessly switch between sales and lead generation, providing outstanding service on the reception desk, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to club sales budgets by leveraging sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
- Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
- Create personalized member journeys through positive interactions.
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
- Manage opening and closing duties as per the club roster.
- Promote member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
- Regularly engage with new and existing members, recommending club-based products that enhance their results and experience.
- Hold current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and help others achieve their goals.
- Show tenacity and drive to meet individual targets and team goals.
- Be customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
