As an HR Business Partner at Amplifon Australia, you will play a critical role in supporting our field operations and driving business performance.
Job Description
The Junior HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing HR generalist support, administration, and policy advice to employees. You will also serve as the first point of contact for Area managers in Employee Relations matters, working closely with Field management to follow up on probationary and performance reviews, licence updates, and other relevant documents.
In addition, you will collaborate with Sales teams to support day-to-day activities from HR, facilitate HR communications and reporting, and draft presentations for monthly meetings. You will also proactively engage with Field Management to assess organisational capabilities and coordinate with stakeholders to address identified gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR generalist support, administration, and policy advice to employees;

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a University Degree in Psychology, Business, Economics, or related studies. An MSc in Human Resources degree is highly appreciated. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of Australian experience and Employee Relations Experience is an advantage.

Estimated Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
