Job Title: Strategic HR Business PartnerThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employees. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Updating employment contracts
- Driving continuous improvement in HR practices
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, reviewing and adapting policy & procedure
