About the Opportunity
The purpose of this position is to provide front-of-house duties and support the Facilities and Office Management Team. As a first point of contact, you will handle external and internal company queries while providing support across the office.
This role will assist the Facilities and Office Manager in planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing day-to-day operations related to Steadfast Group Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers and stakeholders
- Manage and book meeting rooms
- Sort and distribute mail
- Package, arrange, and manage courier bookings
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Facilities and Office Management team
- Answer, manage, and direct phone enquiries

- You will be willing to learn and take initiative in your work
