Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all front office functions are running smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control front office expenses to achieve budget targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a front office or guest services role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving guest satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
